Boro away to Marine in FA Cup First Qualifying Round

Scarborough Athletic have been drawn away to Marine in the FA Cup First Qualifying Round. The game will be played at the Marine Travel Arena in Liverpool on Saturday 8th September.
Marine also play in the Evo-Stik Premier Division and the teams are due to face each other for the first time in the league on Saturday 17th November at the Flamingo Land Stadium.
One of the highlights for Boro fans last season was the run in the FA Cup, where they were one win away from playing in the First Round proper. At this stage last season we played Workington, who were in the league above at the time. A Nathan Valentine goal at the beginning of the second half was enough to see us progress in that game.
The last notable game between Boro and Marine was the 2016 League Cup Final, which was played at Farsley Celtic. Boro were 1-0 up with 5 minutes to go, before having a man sent off and then conceded two late goals to go down 2-1.
Fans wishing to book travel to Marine on the Supporters Club coach can now do so by calling Ken on 07736 790418.
