Boro Under-13s get half-time health kick with All Seasons

Scarborough Athletic Under-13s have been given a healthy boost during matches this season thanks to the support of All Seasons Fruit and Vegetables.

The fruit shop, based in The Market Hall on St Helens Square and in Filey, have provided fresh fruit for the Boro junior side to enjoy during the half-time break of games.
Manager Paul Exley said: "It has been great for all the lads to enjoy some fresh fruit from All Seasons during the half-time break to get them ready for the second half of games.
"We have also used the opportunity to teach the players more about nutrition and the different types of fruit and vegetables available, plus the importance of eating healthy food."
"Thank you to everyone at All Seasons for providing the fruit and vegetables free of charge for the boys to enjoy."
The half-time snack has certainly paid off as the Under-13s have won promotion after an excellent season, despite most of the players playing up an age group. The Under-13s also have the Plate Competition final to look forward to on Sunday against Westella and Willerby at Queensgate.
